What are Cosmetic Compacts?

A cosmetic compact is a hinged case that houses pressed powder, blush or eye-shadow pans with a mirror and applicator in a single portable unit. The VEQA range covers single-pan to multi-pan formats, with verified pan capacities spanning 1.7 ml-20 ml. The case base, inner pan tray and lid close together to protect powder formulas and enable tidy, on-the-go use.

Engineering Materials & Sustainable Options

• Verified Materials: Base materials for compact bodies are confirmed at project level; ABS, PET, PETG, AS and PMMA are common in the manufacturing group's material system. Hinges, mirrors and pans are selected per design.
• Eco-Friendly & PCR Solutions: PCR PP/PETG capability applies project-by-project. Pan refill inserts make the powder tray replaceable; compact structures can be designed for mono-material bodies. Recyclability claims must be independently verified.

Customization & Secondary Processing

Compact lids accept electroplating, spraying, hot stamping and screen printing for branded metallic or matte finishes; pan layout, magnet closure and mirror options are configurable. Confirm customization capabilities and quality-control validation before specification.
